D-Pop! Labs, Inc., also doing business as www.snapitto.me (we or "Snapittome", or the "Company"), operates an Internet-based marketplace (collectively, the "Service") that connects people seeking photographs with photographers selling photographs. By accessing the Company's website (the "Site"), using the Service, and/or registering with us, you agree to be bound by the terms of our Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use, which is incorporated by reference in this Privacy Policy in its entirety.

We respect the privacy of our users. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully so that you understand what information we collect through the Site and what we do with that information. This Privacy Policy applies only to information collected online through the Site and, where specified, through other services within our network, and does not describe the ways in which we may collect or use information obtained offline or through any other means.

  1. Modifications to this Privacy Policy. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify or otherwise alter this Privacy Policy at any time. In order to comply with the requirements of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (15 U.S.C. § 6501-6506 (Pub.L. 105-277, 112 Stat. 2581-728, enacted October 21, 1998), the company has a policy of not collecting the personal information of children under the age of 13. Children under the age of thirteen are not permitted to submit any Member Content. Our website is not directed at children under 13 and we will not knowingly allow anyone under 13 to provide us any personally identifying information. If you're under 13, please do not provide any information about yourself on this website.

    5. Content you post on our Site, correspondence through our sites, correspondence sent to us;
    6. Transactional information based on your activities on the sites, such as creating or bidding on contests and the like; and
    7. Other information obtained from your interaction with our Site or Services, content and advertising, including computer and connection information, statistics on page views, traffic to and from the sites, ad data, IP address and standard web log information, and navigation data.
  4. How we use the Information We Collect. We may share pertinent information such as billing information or email addresses to the individual members who are participating in a particular contest in order to facilitate payment or delivery of photographs. We may use the information we collect to send correspondence to you, improve our Site and the Services we offer, and to tailor the advertising displayed on our Site to the interests of individual users. We may also share this information with advertisers, on an anonymous, aggregate basis, to establish for our advertisers the value of advertising to our audience. We may also use the contact and demographic information you provide to send you messages about products or services that we believe may be of interest to you, provided that you have not previously opted-out of receiving such messages.
  5. Our Disclosure of Your Contact Information and Other Information. The Company is not in the business of selling to third parties, or allowing third parties to rent, your personal information. However, no physical or electronic security system is impenetrable. We cannot guarantee the security of our servers or databases, nor can we guarantee that information you supply will not be intercepted while being transmitted to us over the Internet.
  9. Third Party Personal Data. At times, we may ask you for contact information relating to third parties. The Company stores this information for the purpose of emailing the content you have asked us to send. Your friend may contact us using the information listed in Section 11 ("Contacting the Site") to request that we remove this information from our database.

As provided for in the Terms of Use, this Site is intended for United States users only.
